Data recipients
Personal data may be used by other economic entities that will use them in the following cases:
  • conducting postal or courier, forwarding activities
  • banks, if the settlement agreement is applied
  • state authorities or other entities authorized on the basis of legal provisions in order to fulfill our obligations (Tax Office, Labor Inspection Authority, Social Security Office)
  • entities supporting us in our operations on behalf of us, especially suppliers of external systems

Data storage time
As the Administrator, we are required to store documents containing data for periods specified by law or it is necessary for the proper functioning of our company and compliance with the accountability principle.
 
Period for which personal data will be stored:
  1. personal data processed in order to conclude or perform the contract and fulfill the Administrator's legal obligation will be stored for the duration of the contract, and after its completion for the period necessary to:
    1. after-sales customer service (e.g. complaint handling)
    2. secure or pursue any claims due to the Administrator
    3. fulfilling the Administrator's legal obligation (e.g. resulting from tax or accounting regulations)
  2. personal data processed on the basis of a separate consent will be stored until its revocation. In particular, the data provided in the online store will be stored until the account deletion (withdrawal of consent).
 
Rights in the field of processed data and voluntary submission of data
Each data recipient is entitled to:
  1. the right to access the content of personal data, i.e. the right to obtain confirmation whether the Administrator processes data and information with regard to such processing
  2. the right to rectify information if the data processed by the Administrator is incorrect or incomplete
  3. the right to request from the Administrator to delete data
  4. the right to request from the Administrator to limit data processing
  5. the right to transfer data, i.e. the right to receive personal data provided to the Administrator and then to send it to another Administrator
  6. the right to object to data processing on the basis of the Administrator's legitimate interest or to processing for direct marketing
  7. the right to filing a complaint to the Polish supervisory body or supervisory body of another Member State of the European Union, competent for the place of habitual residence or work of the data subject or for the place of alleged violation of the Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data
  8. the right to withdraw the consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on the consent before its withdrawal)
  9. the right to obtain human intervention on the part of the Administrator, make a stand and objection to a decision based on automated data processing.
In the event of a violation of the provisions of the GDPR when processing your data, you have the right to file a complaint to the supervisory body, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
 
Providing the data is voluntary.
 
Processing of personal data in an automated manner
The personal data will not be processed in an automated manner (including in the form of profiling) in a situation when a result of such automated processing would lead to any decisions that could be made in this instance, other legal effects would be caused or it would have a significant impact on our clients.
 
As a part of our activities, we use cookies in such a way that we observe and analyze the traffic on our pages; however, within the framework of those activities, we do not process the personal data within the meaning of the GDPR law.
